Had a great time on this tour. The folk from the wine estates were very knowledgeable and the tastings generous and varied. The lunch was also great and the cheese and wine stop as well as the chocolate shop enjoyable. We opted for bus there and cruise back and that was a lovely chilled end to the afternoon. Drinks and snacks were good and entertainment from Joy and Aisha was a real surprise -what great voices! All in all, highly recommended.

The wine tasting was well organised, bus drivers were safe, and the return trip back down the river was lovely. I am a quiet person so I found the entertainment too loud on the last part of the boat trip, not really what I was expecting on a nice river trip. But everyone else was enjoying it so I can see it’s just me. The singer was good, but I just wasn’t expecting it. Definitely worth doing, just be prepared.

Our first Tour Guide Lucie was amazing! She took us to two wineries and the lunch. After that we had Shawn as our tour guide, he was very carefully. The last step was the boat trip back into the city. The crew was amazing, two young crew member had a small concert on the boat. That made the day definitely worth the money!

On this full-day tour, travel by bus from Perth to the Swan Valley to visit wineries, then return to Perth on a Swan River cruise. Taste wines at three boutique wineries and enjoy a set lunch with a drink at Homestead Brewery. A shared cheese board at Lancaster Wines and chocolate tasting at the Margaret River Chocolate Company are also included. In the afternoon, cruise for about 2 hours back to Barrack Street Jetty with afternoon tea, wine and live entertainment.

and explore the Swan Valley wineries

Meet your driver outside the Swan Valley Tours office at Pier 3, Barrack Street Jetty, and travel by bus for about 45 minutes to the Swan Valley. Along the way, pass through the heritage-listed town of Guildford.

Taste wines at Sandalford Wines and Mandoon Estate. You can buy your favorite wines to enjoy later or have them shipped home.

Enjoy a brewery lunch, a cheese board and chocolate

Have a set lunch at Homestead Brewery with a beer, cider, wine or soft drink. There is no individual seating, and the group sits together.

Next, share a cheese board while tasting wine at Lancaster Wines, then stop at the Margaret River Chocolate Company and the providore to taste chocolate truffles.

Cruise back to Perth on the Swan River

In the afternoon, board a single-deck cruiser for a 2-hour journey along the Swan River back to Perth. Enjoy afternoon tea, wine and live entertainment on board until you arrive at Barrack Street Jetty, with plenty of time left for your evening plans.
