pickup and departure time were very prompt. we were lucky to get on first, but people who got on later were hemmed in by luggage that wouldn't fit in the boot

L'avion avait du retard mais le chauffeur nous a attendu 30 minutes et a ensuite roulé vite. Les 2 pauses sont bien choisies. Voiture confortable.

It would help to have an English speaking driver. The driver was not properly aware of the pick-up point designated by GetYourGuide. It said level 2 column 9 and the driver tried picking us up at ground level. He was a little agitated by this but it was his mistake.

Did not hear from provider to conform until late the night before and pick-up time was moved up by half an hour. However, morning of trip to airport, driver was on time, drove safely and the van was very comfortable. A great way to get from Sa Pa to Hanoi airport.
