Jeongjinryori is temple cuisine or Japanese-style vegetarian cuisine and is the most popular kaiseki restaurant here. We offer truly delicious kaiseki meals, including healthy menus that highlight the flavors of vegetables and tofu, as well as menus that include wagyu beef steak.

Adigo, a shojin cuisine kaiseki restaurant that does not use any meat or fish, opened in 1950. This is a restaurant that continues its history and tradition and has received two Michelin stars. This restaurant is built in the Sukiya architectural style, one of the traditional Japanese styles, and has a small Japanese garden, making it an attractive restaurant with its beauty and tranquility.

And the friendly staff in kimonos help you with your meal, which is a truly unique sight. Because Daigo uses seasonal ingredients, you will be able to feel the seasonality even more when you taste the dishes.

Enjoy in a private space

Daigo allows you to enjoy kaiseki in a private space. In one corner of the room, a faint scent rises, creating an even more atmospheric atmosphere. Guests move according to Okami-san's guidance so that their movement lines do not overlap. We don't meet anyone other than our group, so we can enjoy our meal in real privacy.

Special kaiseki with seasonal vegetables
