But we got the Kyoto Pass at Incheon Airport, so we thought about going to the duty free shop and arrived early. We were 5 people, so we booked 5 tickets in advance and even received a confirmation, but the bookstore only had 4 copies, so they said to refund one copy. I don't have anything to say if I didn't make a reservation. So, after talking with the person in charge for about 40 minutes about how to handle the work, I entered right before check-in time. The person in charge said that he couldn't answer the phone because he was in Japan, so he would let me know the situation via KakaoTalk and that I could buy it at Kyoto Station, so I wrote down my phone number and name and went. I went to Kyoto Station and they said that this product is out of season and no longer sold? I'm not sure if I can use it or not. So we couldn't receive or use what we reserved, and we paid for the subway bus. I was so angry that I consulted with the person in charge on weekdays. If I had responded appropriately or apologized, I wouldn't have been this angry. The person in charge is a consignment business, so they say they don't know. that's really annoying
