- If notified after 9 AM 1 day prior to the travel date: Cancellation/refund not allowed.

• The date and time of the cancellation request are based on the local time where the tour takes place.
• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and must be confirmed for cancellation.
