Paris Seine River Dinner Cruise - Maxim's 3-Course Dinner & Live Music

Board the Maxim's dinner cruise
and sail the Seine in the evening

Board the boat at the pier at Port de Solférino in Paris's 7th arrondissement and start your Seine cruise. The early dinner cruise boards at 5:30 PM and departs at 6:00 PM (about 75 minutes), and the evening dinner cruise boards at 7:30 PM and departs at 8:00 PM (about 2 hours). Start the evening with a glass of champagne as an aperitif.

Taste a French 3-course meal prepared by the chef

Following the French gastronomic tradition, a starter, main course and dessert made with ingredients carefully selected by the chef are served in turn, paired with wines chosen by the onboard sommelier. Half a bottle of still water and half a bottle of wine are provided, and coffee or tea is served after the meal. Here is a sample menu.

• Starter — 6:00 PM sailing: Parisian-style Scottish salmon with caper sauce and fennel / 8:00 PM sailing: choice of homemade duck foie gras with seasonal chutney, or heirloom tomatoes, seared yellowfin tuna, black olive tapenade and coriander cream
• Main — Both sailings: choice of roasted beef tenderloin with pepper sauce and homemade mashed potatoes, Label Rouge chicken supreme with wild mushrooms, creamy polenta and truffle sauce, or sea bass fillet with basil vermouth sauce and vegetables
• Dessert — 6:00 PM sailing: pear and chocolate charlotte / 8:00 PM sailing: choice of peach and verbena dessert with red berry filling, pear and chocolate charlotte, or apricot clafoutis with rosemary coulis

See the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame through the window

The cruise passes the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Île de la Cité and the Eiffel Tower, showing you the scenery along the Seine. From your window seat, you can comfortably watch the riverside landmarks while you dine. At the end of the cruise, you return to the pier where you started.

Enjoy the evening with live jazz music

On board, a live singer and pianist perform jazz music. Spend a romantic Parisian evening in a refined atmosphere reminiscent of the Belle Époque.
