From Paris: Giverny Monet's House & Impressionism Museum Day Trip (Audio Guide)

Sortie très agréable, en revanche très peu d’explication en français, il a fallu solliciter la guide pour en avoir.

Der Ausflug war super. Die Zeiten zum Abholen vor dem Ausflug waren sehr verwirrend einmal 9.00 dann 8.30 und eine halbe Stunde früher da sein.

Giverny is a very worthwhile trip. if you are a Monet fan, it's a must see. The house and gardens are divine. They have been very well restored and maintained. You get a glimpse into Monet's history and inspiration. I was there for the full day which was perfect. For me, a half day would have felt too rushed.

Vor Ort war es toll, leider drumherum ein bisschen unorganisiert. Der Bus hatte keine Veranstalterhinweis oder BusNr. oder ähnliches - somit haben wir uns alle am Kennzeichen orientiert. Es gab verschiedene Gruppen: Halbtagestour, Ganztagestour, mit persönlichen Guide mit AudioGuide (Achtung das ist eine App, die man herunterladen muss auf sein Handy & gibt eher allgemeine Infos, als vor Ort direkte News mitzuteilen ).

The bus and guide were very nice. However it is not an audio tour. They give you a QR code. The internet is in and out at the gardens. There was some confusion about people thinking they could keep their seat for the return. I think an announcement should be made so there is no arguing. Monet’s house and the gardens were spectacular. What a beautiful day! Thank you for amazing memories!
