- Same-day booking is available.
- Please present the voucher with a QR code at the redemption point to exchange for a paper ticket.
- Please remember that excess fares will be charged if you ride outside the designated area or outside the designated area.
- The voucher is valid for six months from the purchase date.
- You cannot board the regular sightseeing bus.
- Please keep in mind Odakyu line section (departs within Odakyu line - Odawara Station) is limited to one roundtrip. Nevertheless, there are no restrictions to stopovers.
- You can get on/off in the designated area.
- For the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus, purchasers have priority for reserved seats, yet all seats fully occupied cannot board in.
- Due to inclement weather, the operation may be canceled or suspended. The refund would be made at the end of the trip transportation, yet the pass should not have been used at all.
- Please remember that Hakone Freepass is collected at the end of the trip, and you cannot use it for Izu Hakone Bus.
- For the one who has Hakone Free Pass departing from Shinjuku, you can use the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus between Shinjuku and Tomei Gotemba (the actual price is 1,610 yen) for 1,000 yen.

- Reservation tickets cannot be changed, so please cancel and rebook.
