The 'Hoi An Cooking Class' allows you to make Vietnamese dishes with ingredients that are hard to find outside of Vietnam. You can pick out ingredients yourself by trading with merchants at the local market, and you'll also have the opportunity to visit Coconut Village along the Thu Bon River by basket boat.
Of course, you don't have to worry about failing because the class is run by a professional chef. The experience of making dishes such as Banh Xeo and Cha Gio, which you've only tasted in restaurants, with your own hands will be another special memory in Hoi An.

From Buying Ingredients to
Cooking, All By Yourself!
Let me introduce you to a cooking class where you can briefly become a local Vietnamese, from buying ingredients at a Vietnamese market to cooking food yourself.
The schedule consists of learning simple Vietnamese and purchasing fresh ingredients directly from the traditional market, followed by a basket boat experience at Coconut Village, and then a full-fledged cooking class.
The professional chef will teach you step by step how to cook local specialties, so even cooking beginners can easily participate.

Explore Coconut Village by Basket Boat
After picking out ingredients directly from the local market, you will move to Eco Village and enjoy various experiences while riding a basket boat along Coconut Village.
You can fish for small crabs according to the village's long-standing traditional fishing method, and watch the thrilling basket boat swing show that seems to turn upside down on the water.
Choose Your Menu
At the cooking class held in Coconut Village, you can choose to cook your preferred menu from 5 menus, including papaya salad with shrimp and chicken, spring rolls, Banh Xeo, and chicken curry. Even the same Vietnamese food has different tastes depending on the ingredients and cooking methods! If you can cook food that suits your taste, the cooking class will be even more satisfying.
Also, rice is essential on the Korean table! Rice and green salad are provided free of charge, so whet your appetite with a green salad before your meal and enjoy cooking with rice.
