I enjoyed both the Uber boat and the cable car, the views were amazing. The people who worked on the boats were friendly. It's a great way to see lots of the main attractions in one day.

The map or iPhone indicated that you would receive a paper map, which was not the case!

Uber boats can only take a limited number of passengers, and since they often arrive full, there are long waits at busy piers. The cable car was a very exciting experience.

In itself, it was really great. Everything worked out very well. The people were very friendly. So why the one-star deduction? The email clearly stated that it was only a voucher and that it had to be exchanged for a ticket. We went to the pier the day before specifically to exchange the voucher, as we wanted to take the boat very early the next day and the ticket corner only opens later. When we arrived, they said it wasn't necessary. The QR code was sufficient. Then we could have saved ourselves that trouble and done something else the day before instead of making an extra trip down to Westminster. I found that annoying. With the cable car too, no ticket had to be exchanged. Here too, the QR code was sufficient. This could be communicated a bit better.
