The Temple of Olympian Zeus
Located in Athens, Greece, the Temple of Olympian Zeus was one of the largest and most magnificent temples in ancient Greece, dedicated to Zeus, the greatest god in Greek mythology. Construction began in the 6th century BC but took 638 years to complete, finishing in the 2nd century during the reign of Roman Emperor Hadrian. Although only 15 giant columns remain today, their scale and grandeur continue to inspire awe.

Inside the temple, there is a huge 12m-high statue of Zeus. This statue was made of gold and ivory and is considered one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
Architectural Style :
The Temple of Olympian Zeus is a typical example of the Corinthian architectural style, characterized by its ornate and elaborate decorations.
