Kyoto Shiki Sakura Kimono Rental & Photo Shoot

Wear a beautiful kimono,
and take some photos!

How about wearing a traditional Japanese kimono and taking beautiful photos with your friends or family? Professionals will help you with your hair, makeup, and kimono dressing, so you can fully enjoy the experience without any preparation.

Strike various poses in an elegant and gorgeous kimono, and after the photo shoot with the photographer, take photos with your personal mobile phone to capture the perfect shots! Enjoy the fun of being a model for about 2 hours and 30 minutes and create meaningful memories.

Let me introduce the shooting order!

1. Makeup
Apply a silky white base thoroughly on your face and neck to create Maiko makeup! We use red, the highlight color of Maiko makeup, to provide lip and eye makeup.
* All cosmetics used do not contain fragrances or additives.

2. Hair
Wear a wig called 'Zenkatsura'! For blond hair, we spray black dye on it. 
* You can wash your hair in the studio after the photo shoot. Towels, dryers, and brushes are also provided.

3. Kimono Wearing
You can freely choose from over 100 kimonos, and experienced kimono fitters will help you wear them.
* Kimonos can only be worn up to a height of 180cm and a waist of 110cm. 

4. Filming
Six photographers will carefully take photos! Don't worry if you're new to taking photos! The photographer will kindly guide you through the poses!

2. Couple Course (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes)

-Free shooting time with personal camera for about 10 minutes after shooting 

3. Children's Maiko Course (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes)
-Makeup
-Luxury kimono
-2 indoor shots + 2 tatami room shots
-Original photo book (photo album), CD provided
-10 minutes of free shooting
-Free shooting time with personal camera for about 10 minutes after shooting
* Available for ages 5-12 and heights 110cm-140cm.

4. Children's Samurai Course (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes)
-Luxury kimono
-2 indoor shots + 2 tatami room shots
-Original photo book (photo album), CD provided
-10 minutes of free shooting
-Free shooting time with personal camera for about 10 minutes after shooting 
* Available for ages 5-12 and heights 110cm-140cm.

5. Family Course Maiko, Samurai, Child (Maiko or Samurai) /(approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes)
-Makeup (women only)
-Luxury kimono
-2 indoor shots + 2 tatami room shots
-Original photo book (photo album), CD provided
-10 minutes of free shooting
-Free shooting time with personal camera for about 10 minutes after shooting
