First, for airport pick-up, all you have to do is find the driver holding a meeting board with your name on it at the pre-arranged location.
For drop-off, simply find the driver with the meeting board at the pre-arranged meeting point 3 hours before your flight departs. You'll have plenty of time until your flight departs.

• If notified up to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (19~6): 15% of the total product amount will be deducted and refunded.
• If notified up to 1 day prior to the start of the trip (1~5): 20% of the total product amount will be deducted and refunded.
• If notified on the day of travel ~ before the start of the tour: 50% of the total product amount will be deducted and refunded.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and cancellation confirmation must be received.
