Cancellation requests made 6 to 4 days before the travel date: Refund after deducting 50% of the payment amount.
3 days before the travel date to the day of, or No-Show: Cancellation/Change/Refund not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted within business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• You must receive cancellation confirmation after requesting within business hours for cancellations and refunds.
