The art of fermentation and aging, Ginza Kuki
This is a restaurant opened by a historic traditional miso company with the concept of 'fermentation and aging'. Ginza Kuki introduces you to Japanese miso, which you can experience with Japanese cuisine. We offer healthy food using fresh seasonal ingredients and various fermented foods, including miso.
Pairing with various alcohols such as wine and nihonshu is also excellent, so visit and experience a wonderful meal.
