Let us introduce you to Requinquer, a Michelin-starred restaurant hidden in a quiet residential area. The chef opened Requinquer in 2009 based on culinary knowledge learned directly in France, and has earned one Michelin star for 11 consecutive years since 2011. Requinquer offers classic and artistic French cuisine in the form of a course menu, created with the chef's creative inspiration and carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Courses are available for both lunch and dinner.
Experience the chef's technique of using minimal butter and cream in all dishes to maximize the inherent flavor of the ingredients.

Requinquer offers a selection of over 100 wines, mainly from France, and it is also possible to get recommendations for wines that pair well with your meal, so ordering additional wine is a great choice if you enjoy it.
