10% compensation of the tour price up to 20 days prior to departure
15% compensation of the tour price up to 10 days prior to departure
20% compensation of the tour price up to 7 days prior to departure
25% compensation of the tour price up to 5 days prior to departure
No refund is available from 1 day before departure to the day of departure

• Cancellations/changes are only possible during business hours (Mon-Fri: 09:00-17:30).
• Cancellations and changes are not possible on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, or outside of business hours due to the absence of 담당근무자. (Please check before making changes or cancellations.)
• To receive a refund according to the cancellation (change) deduction fee rate regulations, you must go through the cancellation process via KakaoTalk consultation/phone with the 담당자 during these hours.
