Phu Quoc Symphony Show & 'Kiss of the Sea' Fireworks with Dinner

I felt when the tour person explaining on what's app when said met at kiss bridge at 6.45 that someone was meeting whomever was going. Very quickly after no response left. First time had a virtual tour expeerience. When realised it was that. 🫣 So found my way to Symphony of Water. Was amazing. Also got a seat as was plently as was not full. The show was like nothing else. Really worth seeing. 🙂

The driver service was excellent. The show was exciting and impressive. We got a table with a free view of the performance, which perhaps meant we had to pay a bit more for the ticket, but it was worth it. The food was okay, but unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with other guests. Visitors of the show who were also eating served themselves in an incredibly poor manner; a large platter of shrimp was shared among 4 people, and everyone standing around was completely shocked. Guests took food as if they would never get any more food in their entire lives. Whole fruits that were not cut up were picked up by people, checked, and then put back if they decided they weren't good enough. Outside at the show, there were also some remarks about visitors. After the show, an extra show started. Then a woman came and tried to push me away from my seat, the seat I had occupied all evening. She was so intense that my husband and I decided to end the evening much earlier than planned.

Had paid for the Symphony of the Sea with dinner. Was surprised to see a surcharge of 250000 VND being applied by Get Your Guide. Please don’t use such tactics

The dinner and show were wonderful. However, my QR code was rejected. While I was communicating with the local tour guide on WhatsApp, a restaurant staff member snatched my phone, checked something, and told me I couldn't have dinner or see the show unless I paid 1 million dong, so I paid it. However, when I checked on the way back, the tour had issued a new QR code. I was ripped off by the restaurant staff.

The dinner with the symphony show and the 'Kiss of the Sea' show was overall truly beautiful. The atmosphere, the staging, and especially the fireworks were absolutely impressive and made the evening a special experience. However, there is one point that bothered me: The designation is somewhat misleading. Due to the title, I assumed the symphony show was included in the price. However, I then had to pay an additional 250,000 VND for it on site. Frankly, I found that quite cheeky and not communicated transparently. Therefore, 1 star deduction.
