You must carefully check the cancellation eligibility dates. For example, the notice stating that cancellations are possible up to three days in advance is based on Korean time and business hours. According to the US company's standards, you must cancel one day earlier. Furthermore, if the request is made after 6 PM (business hours), it is counted as the next day and is not recognized as a request made two days prior. According to inquiries made to the Consumer Protection Agency, while cancellations should be considered valid from the time of application, they base their decision on the time they respond. They claim they are not responsible because this is stated as an "internal regulation." Even in cases where you are unable to depart due to visa issues and must cancel, no refunds are provided whatsoever, citing "internal regulations." Even if you contact the local company and ask them to convey the situation, they refuse to do so. Ultimately, even if you contact the local company directly, they fail to verify the details or provide a response until the reserved time has passed, at which point they simply state, "Refunds are not possible because the usage date has passed." The issue is not just the inability to receive a refund; the overall communication process is often frustrating. You must carefully check the possibility of cancellation before making a purchase.

We had a lovely evening on board the ship. Food and entertainment are great! The only notable issue is the time it takes to get drinks. A great dinner cruise overall!

Enjoy the sunset, a 5-course dinner,
and a Hawaiian performance

Start your special evening by boarding the Star of Honolulu at Aloha Tower. Enjoy a welcome hula performance and a toast with sparkling wine at the pier, then as the ship sets sail, enjoy a full sunset cruise with views of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

On the cruise, savor a 5-course dinner featuring lobster and tenderloin steak, accompanied by live Hawaiian music and jazz. After sunset, a live show expressing Hawaii's culture and beauty will entertain you, making for a rich evening from dinner to performance.

A 5-Course Dinner Featuring Lobster and Steak

Enjoy a leisurely 5-course dinner while gazing at the beautiful coastline of Waikiki. The main course includes lobster and tenderloin steak, offering a more special dining experience than a typical buffet cruise. Live Hawaiian and jazz music enhance the atmosphere during your meal. Between courses, feel free to explore the ship's various decks or head to the top observation deck for panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Hawaiian coastline.

Live Hawaiian Show After Sunset

Witness Hawaii's stunning sunset as it dips below the horizon, painting the sky with colors over Waikiki and Diamond Head. The view of Honolulu from the sea is a moment not to be missed on this dinner cruise. In the evening, the show 'Moku Ola - Voyage of Life' unfolds. This performance expresses Hawaiian culture and beauty through music and dance, allowing guests to participate and enjoy a vibrant Hawaiian night.
