Using a hop-on, hop-off bus requires experience. For me, it was quite confusing at first. In Copenhagen, buses are offered by several companies, and you have to be careful to take the bus of the company you booked. Next time, I will plan better in advance to better utilize the advantages of these buses. Basically, it's a great way to explore a city if you know exactly what you want to see beforehand.
