- By public transport: Alight at BTS Saphan Taksin station, take Exit 2, and board the free shuttle boat operated by ICONSIAM from Saphan Taksin Pier.
- By Grab taxi: Enter 'ICONSIAM' as your destination.
- For regular taxi drivers, please show them this: กรุณาไปที่ไอคอน สยาม. If the driver is unsure, it's best to call the Opulence Cruise (02-476-0481-5) and ask to speak directly with a staff member.

- ICONSIAM Boat Boarding Location: ICONSIAM Pier 2
- Please arrive 30 minutes before the boat departure to wait. The boat departs at 20:00, so please do not be late (we cannot wait).
