Learn Muay Thai properly
1:1 with a professional trainer

When you arrive at FITFAC, change into the provided Muay Thai shorts, put on gloves and hand wraps, and start your training. You don't need to prepare any personal equipment, making it easy to join even during your travels.

A professional trainer will teach you step-by-step, starting with the basic stance, guard, and movement. Next, you will practice signature Muay Thai punches, kicks, knee strikes, elbow techniques, and basic defensive moves. Since it is a private lesson, the intensity can be adjusted to match your fitness level and experience, so even beginners can participate comfortably. The actual training session lasts for about 1 hour.

Experience even more convenience with the hotel pick-up option

You can choose your preferred option based on your transportation choice. For the no-pickup option, you will travel on your own to the FITFAC branch indicated in your reservation. If you select the pick-up option, you will be transported by vehicle from your hotel or designated location to the nearest FITFAC branch. Pick-up & drop-off option is even more convenient as it includes a return ride back to your hotel after the lesson.

After your workout, shower facilities are available. While showers and lockers are provided, it is recommended to bring your own personal towel.
