Discover the underwater world for the first time at the Blue Cave, the signature dive spot of Onna Village, Okinawa. NAGOMI's professional instructors, who have guided divers at the Blue Cave for many years, are dedicated to each group and look after you from check-in to the dive. You practice slowly at the surface before going underwater, so first-time divers can join with less worry. Photos and videos taken during the tour are free, and towels and sandals are provided, so it is easy to fit into your trip.

Get ready for your Blue Cave dive with a dedicated instructor

Meet the NAGOMI staff at the meeting point near Maeganeku Fishing Port to start the experience. After check-in, your instructor explains how the introductory dive works, how to use the equipment, how to breathe underwater, and the safety rules in an easy-to-follow way.

At NAGOMI, a dedicated instructor leads each group, so the experience feels private from the very start. On the boat plan you head to the dive point by boat, and on the beach plan you walk from the beach to the entry point.

Practice slowly, then meet the underwater world of the Blue Cave

Instead of going straight into deep water, you first practice breathing and basic movements slowly at the surface. Once you are comfortable in the water, start your dive with the instructor and enjoy the cave glowing in blue light and the beautiful underwater scenery of Okinawa.

Staff take photos and videos during the experience. After the tour, you can receive the data straight to your smartphone and keep your special moments. After the dive, shower and change, then finish your day at your own pace.
