Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.
Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM malfunction may be due to issues with your device, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi etc., and only for approved cases.
Refunds requested after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.
Cancellations/refunds are only applicable to requests received during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00).
