Bali Ubud Ayung River Rafting by Mason Rafting (Round-trip Pickup & Buffet Lunch)

Raft down the Ayung River
through tropical rainforest for about 2 hours

The Ayung River in Ubud, central Bali, is known as one of the most scenic of Bali's 11 rivers. Paddle together with your boat mates, and in strong currents stop paddling and follow your rafting guide's instructions as you pass through class 2 and 3 rapids.

During the ride, your rafting guide (safety staff) keeps your valuables and belongings in a waterproof bag. If there is a rest stop along the way or a spot you would like to stop at, the boat can pause so you can take photos.

Get picked up and prepare for rafting

Choose either the morning session (09:00-14:00) or the afternoon session (12:00-17:00). Wait in your hotel lobby at the pickup time stated on your confirmed voucher, and the driver will check in with you and take you to the Mason Rafting office in Ubud. On arrival, you will spend about 30 minutes getting geared up with a life jacket and other equipment.

Shower and enjoy a buffet lunch after rafting

After rafting, shower and change at the facilities with lockers and towels, then enjoy a buffet lunch prepared by the chef. Showering and lunch take about 1 hour, and afterwards a shared vehicle takes you back to your accommodation.

※ The rafting activity takes about 4 hours: 30 minutes of preparation, 2 hours of rafting, and 1 hour for shower and lunch.
※ In case of bad weather, the activity may be moved to another date.
