Taste yakitori grilled over binchotan charcoal

Each skewer is carefully prepared with selected premium chicken and grilled over binchotan charcoal. Precise heat control and careful seasoning with both salt and sauce bring out delicate flavor, texture and natural umami. From the U-shaped counter around the open grill, you can watch the chef grill each skewer up close.
