Meet your guide and group at the meeting point and walk together to places serving some of Venice's best food. At privately owned bars and restaurants, you'll taste traditional Venetian food and modern dishes while learning about cicchetti (small bites), wine and everyday life in the city. The tour takes about 3 hours.
Taste 15+ dishes at 7 bars and restaurants
Try local classics like creamed cod, fresh pasta, pastries straight from the oven and local coffee, as well as more modern dishes made with local fish. Six local wines and spirits are included, and you'll enjoy a sit-down meal at a local restaurant. Menus change often depending on local ingredients and the season, and other seasonal dishes can be substituted on request.
Pass the Rialto Bridge and historic sites at sunset
Walking between stops, you'll pass the Rialto Bridge, a historic bank known as the first place in Europe to issue checks, and the oldest church in Venice. Your guide shares stories about Venice's food, history and architecture.
