Paris Night Walking Tour - Ghost Stories and Dark History

Follow the city's dark history
through Paris after dark

Meet your guide at 1 Rue d'Arcole near Notre-Dame and begin a night walking tour of about 2 hours in English. The meeting point was once the site of cruel public executions, and the tour starts with stories of the punishments inflicted on criminals and sometimes even on innocent people.

Find the demons and symbols hidden on Notre-Dame

Walk among the demons and sinister creatures carved on the facade of Notre-Dame Cathedral, and examine the creepy and mysterious signs and symbols your guide points out. You'll also hear the history of the Knights Templar, a secret order linked to Paris.

Hear ghost stories of the theater and the opera house

Hear supernatural tales of Paris, including a French poet said to haunt a theater to this day and a fire victim said to haunt the opera house as a ghost. Passing Pont Neuf and the Conciergerie, you'll also learn the origins of the most famous cursed place in Paris.

End the tour with a vampire story
