in a one-on-one TCM consultation

The session begins with a one-on-one consultation with a certified TCM practitioner. Through pulse and tongue diagnosis, the practitioner identifies your constitution, the foundation of all Chinese medicine, and your current physical condition. The treatments that follow are based on this diagnosis.

Relax your neck, shoulders and back with tuina massage

Enjoy 30 minutes of tuina, a therapeutic massage focused on the neck, shoulders and back. It is ideal for stiffness from long flights, sore legs from walking, or general fatigue after days of sightseeing.

Care for your body with moxibustion and cupping

Receive 15 minutes of localized heat therapy with traditional moxa. Those with a cold or damp constitution receive moxibustion on the lower back and lumbar area, while those with fatigue or lack of sleep receive warming therapy on the neck and head, as decided by the practitioner based on the diagnosis. Cupping therapy is then applied to targeted areas to release tension and improve circulation.
