From a white observation tower on Kouri Island in northern Okinawa, take in the blue Okinawan sea and the Kouri Bridge stretching to the neighboring island. To reach the tower entrance, surrounded by a subtropical garden, you ride a self-driving cart with audio guidance on Kouri Island's history and sights while enjoying the ocean views. A self-driving cart takes you from the entrance to the tower. The cart plays audio guidance on Kouri Island's history and sights, and you can enjoy the Okinawan sea and the subtropical garden all the way.

See Kouri Bridge from the indoor observation floor and Ocean Deck

The 2nd and 3rd floors of the tower are the indoor observation floor and the Ocean Deck. The blue sea, the Kouri Bridge reaching to the neighboring island and the island's subtropical plants spread out in a panorama. The outdoor Ocean Deck has sofa seats with sunshade roofs and tables, so you can relax with a drink while taking in the view.

The Kouri Island Museum on the 1st floor introduces the history of Kouri Island. There is also a Shell Museum displaying more than 10,000 shells collected from around the world, along with original shell items such as accessories and tableware.
