Explore the Church of Abu Serga and the Hanging Church

Visit the Church of Abu Serga (St. Sergius), built over the cave where the Holy Family hid from the wrath of the governor of Fustat. Then enter the Church of St. Barbara and the Hanging Church as your guide explains their history. You spend about 15 minutes at each church.

Visit the Cave Church of St. Simon on Mokattam Mountain

After Coptic Cairo, head to Mokattam Mountain to visit the Zabbaleen cave churches for about 1 hour. There are seven cave churches on Mokattam Mountain, and the largest, the Monastery of St. Simon the Tanner, has a 20,000-seat amphitheater. After the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
