You'll first look at the wine's color, then smell its aroma and finally taste it. Taste 2 white wines and 2 red wines, and finish with a glass of Champagne. During the tasting, train your sense of smell by comparing each wine's aroma with various perfume samples.

Learn to pair 5 French cheeses with wine

Taste 5 French cheeses selected for this tasting with the wines and learn why each cheese goes well with its wine. Simon explains the wines and cheeses throughout, so by the end you'll be ready to choose a wine you like at any restaurant in Paris. You may also get to taste Champagne made by Simon's family.
