This fast track service is for international travelers using Noi Bai International Airport (HAN). An airport representative meets you and guides you through airport procedures such as immigration and security screening, so things go much more smoothly even at busy times. Choose the arrival or departure service to suit your trip, and pick Standard or Premium depending on how much assistance you need.

On arrival, a representative greets you in the arrival hall

When you reach the terminal, the representative greets you in the arrival hall near the boarding bridges holding a "WELCOME TO HANOI" sign. Standard includes the meet-and-greet and fast track immigration assistance, while Premium adds baggage collection assistance and an escort to your private car or taxi.

On departure, get help from check-in to security

For Standard, complete airline check-in first, then meet the representative in the check-in area for help through immigration and security. For Premium, meet at Pillar No. 4 on the 2nd floor of the International Terminal (T2) for help with check-in, baggage handling, boarding pass and baggage tags, immigration and security. The meeting time is usually 1 hour 30 minutes to 3 hours before departure, depending on your flight.

Pass security through a dedicated priority entrance

You use a dedicated priority entrance for security screening. The Premium service also includes a porter, which is handy when you have a lot of luggage. On the day of departure, the representative will contact you via the contact details entered at booking.
