From Da Nang/Hoi An: Cham Island Snorkeling & Hoi An Ancient Town Tour

Take a speedboat
to Cu Lao Cham Island

After pickup from your hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An, you travel to Cua Dai Pier. From there, a speedboat takes you to Cu Lao Cham, a group of islands just off the Hoi An coast. Designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Cu Lao Cham is known for its clear water, coral reefs and traditional fishing villages.

Explore the island village and temples

On arrival, walk through the village with a local guide and see how the islanders live. Visit the Cu Lao Cham Museum and showroom, Au Thuyen Temple and Hai Tang Temple, and learn how the island and the sea have shaped each other.

Snorkel in clear water
and relax on the beach

The highlight of the day is snorkeling in calm water with coral gardens and tropical fish. Afterwards, relax or swim on the sandy beach. A local Vietnamese lunch is served at Bai Bac Beach.

Stop by Hoi An Ancient Town and a coconut forest

After returning to the mainland in the afternoon, enjoy free time in Hoi An Ancient Town and a basket boat ride in the Bay Mau coconut forest. These two parts run without a guide. The tour ends with a return to Da Nang or Hoi An.
