A 2-hour surf lesson with a qualified local instructor at the beaches of Uluwatu on Bali's Bukit Peninsula. Based on the day's tides, waves, wind and your level, the safest and most enjoyable spot is chosen from Padang Padang, Dreamland and Balangan beaches. In small groups of up to 6, you practice paddling, standing up, turning and riding green waves. Surfboard, rash guard, zinc sunscreen and shower facilities are included.

Meet at Dreamland Beach
and start with land training
Meet your instructor at the right corner of Dreamland Warung and receive a surfboard and rash guard. After a safety briefing and land training on the basics, head into the water for 2 hours of in-water coaching. Photos and videos can be requested if you wish.
The beach is chosen to suit the day's waves
Padang Padang Beach offers soft, gentle waves and a sandy bottom in the right conditions, ideal for beginners. Dreamland Beach has a long sandy shore and consistent waves for practicing paddling, standing up, turning and riding green waves, while Balangan Beach suits surfers who want longer rides to improve their skills.
If waves are big, the lesson moves to Mua Ya Beach
If the waves around Uluwatu are too big or strong, the lesson moves to Mua Ya Beach in Jimbaran for safety. Mua Ya has smaller, gentle waves and a sandy bottom, making it a safe option for beginners and families.
※ The lesson location is chosen daily based on waves, currents and skill level.
