Start at Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant, a converted traditional house, tasting Arabic coffee, dates and street food. Walk the Al Seef promenade and narrow lanes, cross Dubai Creek on a traditional abra water taxi, and explore the Spice Souk and Gold Souk. at Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant

Meet your guide at Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant, a converted historic Emirati house. After tasting warm Arabic coffee, dates, snacks and street food, tour the restaurant's photo gallery of historic pictures showing the history of the UAE with your guide.

Walk the lanes of the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood

Walk along the Al Seef promenade admiring the mosque, then pass through the narrow lanes of Al Fahidi to see Al Fahidi Fort and Bur Dubai Souk. Your guide tells you about Dubai's history as you see old buildings contrasting with modern ones.

Cross Dubai Creek by abra

At the Bur Dubai abra station, board a traditional abra water taxi and cross Dubai Creek. Take a short break while watching trading boats on the creek and the Dubai skyline.

Explore the Spice Souk and Gold Souk

At the Spice Souk, take in the scents and colors of many spices and try haggling with the merchants. Finally, browse gold and silver jewelry and gems at the Gold Souk before saying goodbye to your guide.
