Dubai Desert Safari with Camel Ride & Sandboarding (Hotel Pickup)

Pickup from your accommodation and drive to the Dubai desert

The tour starts with a pickup by 4WD vehicle from your accommodation in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman. You drive southeast from the city toward the desert for about 1 hour, and on clear days you can see the Hajar Mountains.

Enjoy dune bashing in a Land Cruiser

Enjoy dune bashing and off-road driving across the sand dunes in a 4WD Land Cruiser driven by an experienced driver. In the Lahbab Desert, you can ride a quad bike for about 45 minutes at an extra cost if you wish.

Try a camel ride and sandboarding at the desert camp

At the desert camp in Al Awir, you spend about 3 hours enjoying various activities. Take a short camel ride and test your balance sandboarding down the dunes, similar to snowboarding. You can also take photos in traditional Arabic dress, get a henna painting and enjoy Arabic shisha in the designated area.

Watch evening desert shows with a BBQ buffet

In the evening, a BBQ buffet with vegetarian options is served along with soft drinks and water. During dinner, live performances such as belly dancing, Arabic Yalla, Tanoura and a fire show take place. After the tour, you will be dropped back at your accommodation.
