Daddy's Kitchen is a Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai. In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a local Thai chef shows you step by step how to prepare and cook Thai food. The class is held in English and takes about 3.5 hours; you choose the start time when booking.

Discover Thai ingredients at a local fresh market

After hotel pickup, you'll visit a local fresh market. You'll be introduced to Thai herbs, spices and vegetables and buy ingredients for Thai cooking.

Cook at your own wok and station

Back at the school from the market, a welcome drink and snack are waiting for you. Then the class continues in a hands-on learning style. Each participant gets their own wok, utensils and cooking station, and only fresh herbs and ingredients are used. You'll create your own menu and taste the traditional Thai dishes you made.

Mango sticky rice and a recipe e-book to take home

Mango sticky rice dessert is also included. After the class, you'll receive a digital recipe e-book (PDF) and activity photos so you can cook the dishes again after your trip.
