At LOCK HEART in Takayama Village, Gunma, you put on a princess dress and take commemorative photos with Lockhart Castle in the background. Lockhart Castle is a historic castle relocated from Scotland, UK, and restored, and it is also known as a sacred spot for lovers. The experience lasts up to about 1 hour.
Pick the dress you like
Rental costumes used in the experience are included in the price. The experience takes place on the 3rd floor of LOCK HEART. For unlimited use of tiaras, wigs and more in the Princess Dress experience, an extra 500 yen per person applies.
Become a princess & prince together
The Princess & Prince experience can be booked for 2 or more people and includes Lockhart Castle admission for 2.
Lockhart Castle admission is included
Both experiences include Lockhart Castle admission in the price. Companions who do not take part in the experience must pay admission separately on site on the day.

By car: About 20 minutes from Numata IC on the Kan-etsu Expressway. Free on-site parking is available with no reservation needed.
By train: About 20 minutes by bus from JR Jomo-Kogen Station (Joetsu Shinkansen) or JR Numata Station (Joetsu Line).
By bus: About a 20-minute walk from the Nakayama-Honjuku stop of Kan-etsu Kotsu Bus.

Cancellations on the date of use incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refund is given for no-shows.
