From Paris: Versailles Palace & Giverny Monet's Garden Small-Group Day Trip

If you want to see both Giverny and Versailles, especially in one day, this is absolutely the way to do it! Our guide, Anatole, was incredibly experienced and had a wonderful way of connecting with everyone in our small group. The minibus was very comfortable, and it was such a pleasure not to have to worry about driving in and out of Paris, figuring out the timing, or navigating from one place to the next while there. I highly recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our time in Paris, and I would book it again without hesitation. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—this is a wonderful way to experience both places in one unforgettable day!

Guide was good but didn’t give us maps or guidance on what we could see on the parts of the tours that we had to do our own

Great trip, and we wouldn't have been able to do this logistically on our own. Did feel a little rushed at times, but needed that push to be able to get these tours done in one day. Guide was very personable and provided great commentary and interaction we would not have received if we hadn't booked the tour.

Our excursion yesterday with Ryan was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire day feel seamless. The van ride was surprisingly comfortable — great air conditioning, smooth driving — and as someone prone to motion sickness, I had zero issues, which is a win in itself. Even though Monet’s house and Versailles were a bit crowded, we still had an amazing time. Ryan guided us to several hidden gems in the gardens, including an outdoor ballroom that was almost completely empty, and he took us through Marie Antoinette’s charming little hamlet, which felt like stepping back in time. It was a long day, but absolutely worth it — honestly felt like six tours in one. Blue Fox delivered an unforgettable experience, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great day, great guide, great company. Definitely worth it!
