Lanyang Museum showcases Yilan's unique landscapes, local traditions and relationship with nature through its exhibitions. Begin with the mountain landscapes, continue through the plains and ocean exhibits, and finish in the Time Gallery, which explores the region's history and human development.

Enjoy the Archaeological Kids' Land with your children

Families can explore the Archaeological Kids' Land, where interactive exhibits introduce archaeology and marine ecology. It is a space for hands-on learning.

Architecture inspired by the coast and wetland scenery

The museum building was inspired by the cuesta landforms of Taiwan's northeastern coast. After the galleries, take time to admire its distinctive design and the wetland scenery around the historic Wushi Harbor area.

Hours are 09:00–17:00, closed on Wednesdays.
