Tour schedule information
- 08:30 ~ 09:00 AM - Hotel pickup and departure (limited to Hanoi Old Quarter area)
- 10:15 a.m. - Stop at rest area (stop at Hai Duong Highway rest area for about 10 minutes / Restrooms and shops available / Pass by Jinju Market or Bai Chai)
- 11:40 ~ 12:30 AM - Arrive at Tuan Chau and board the cruise (via Bai Chai, arrive at Tuan Chau, meet guide, then board)
- Seafood lunch (4 or 6 people eat at one table / mineral water, soft drinks, and alcohol are at your own expense)

- After visiting Hang Luan, engage in activities (kayak or bamboo boat – choose your choice)
- Cheongung Cave

- Cancellation or no-show on the day to 3 days before: No refund.
- Cancellation 4-7 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation 8 days in advance: 90% refund excluding 10% reservation fee

- Cancellation before departure: Refund after deducting 10% of reservation fee
- Cancellation after departure: Refund after deduction of usage details (bus, etc.) up to the time of cancellation

Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
