Doi Suthep with a fantastic view
This is a mountain about 1,676m above sea level, about 15km from Chiang Mai city. Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, located on the top of the mountain, is a holy place for Thai Buddhism and a very important spiritual place for local residents. When you reach the top of Doi Suthep, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Chiang Mai city around the temple. Visiting this place will not only give you a sense of the deep history and mystery of Thai Buddhism, but also allow you to spend a peaceful time on the top of the mountain away from the noise of the city.
