- Print the voucher sent by email or use the mobile voucher

- During peak season, tour changes due to simple change of mind are not permitted.

- This product is a solo tour in principle. If you arbitrarily recruit people to conduct a join tour, we inform you that all problems that occur during the tour are the responsibility of the traveler. - Even though it is autonomous, the vehicle basically operates within the day tour course. Other areas such as Panglao/Alona Beach/Danao/Anda may incur additional costs outside of the route, or if you travel too far along the route, you may not be able to go to other desired destinations due to time constraints.
- Cancellation/refund policy only applies to cases received during business hours (10:00 AM - 18:00 PM) on weekdays, excluding weekends/public holidays.
