• Please provide the exact name and adress of your hotel during the reservation process.
• Please arrive at the meeting point by the meeting time.
• An additional charge may apply during peak season such as New Years and Thai public holidays.
• Free pick-ups are available from within downtown Phuket. An additional charge may apply for pick-up from city outskirts.
• Your pick-up may be delayed for up to 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. If your pick-up vehicle does not arrive, please contact the local tour operator (086-053-8465).
• Age guide: Adult - Age 11 and above / Child - Age 4 - 10
• Toddlers ages 3 and below cannot participate in the tour.
• Your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation voucher.
• Refunds and changes to reservations will not be made for late arrivals or no-shows.
• The Khai Island admission fee (10 THB per adult) is not included in the tour.

• Bangtao, Kamala, Laguna, Thavorn Beach Village: 200 THB per person
• Panwa Beach, Rawai, JW Marriott, Nai Yang, Naithon, Blue Canyon: 1,000 - 2,000 THB (Private transfer on a 4- to 15-passenger vehicle)
• Millenium Patong: Pick-up at the Lake Side
• Hilton Arcadia Resort: Pick-up at the Welcome Lobby

4 - 7 days prior to the scheduled visit date: 50% refund
0 - 3 days prior to the scheduled visit date (including no-shows and late arrivals): no refund
