Important Notes for Reservation:

• When booking, please indicate your preferred time as your 1st choice and another as your 2nd choice.
• If your 1st choice time slot is sold out, we will issue your ticket for the 2nd choice and send the E-Ticket via email.

Full refund available if purchased within 24 hours (Cancellation and refund are not possible after receiving the ticket.)
After 24 hours of purchase: Refund possible after deducting a 5% cancellation fee
Changes and cancellations are not allowed after booking.

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and must be confirmed.
