What to RememberWhat to Remember

  • Each bag must not exceed 32 kg (71 lbs).
  • The size of each piece of luggage must not exceed 32 inches, and the total length and width must not exceed 180 cm.
  • If the size or weight of your luggage exceeds the suggested standards, the operator may reject your reservation and no refund will be provided.
  • Baggage may include suitcases, boxes, backpacks, and briefcases.

  • If the driver arrives at the hotel but cannot contact the customer through the front desk or social media or is unable to collect the luggage, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
Airport - Hotel
  • Taking into account flight delays, border quarantine measures, customs clearance times, etc., we recommend that you schedule your baggage collection time at least 2 hours after your flight lands to avoid additional costs.
  • A 30-minute grace period or free waiting policy is available. If the agent is unable to receive the baggage or contact the customer after 30 minutes, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
  • For hotel luggage delivery, the hotel concierge can handle pickup and delivery.
  • Once the baggage has been confirmed to have been received, the service is complete and the operator has no further liability.
  • Please check your luggage upon collection, take photos and contact customer service if there are any issues.

Cancellation and Refund
