- Depending on the tide, the order of Balicasag and Virgin Islands may change.
- After arriving at Balicasag, applicants for snorkeling at Balicasag Coral Point take a separate paddle boat, a small three-seater boat, and move to the snorkeling point to snorkel. We would like to inform you in advance that it is not possible to accompany the hopping company at this time.
- The tour schedule may change depending on the sea conditions on the day.
- For the resort located on Alona Beach, after meeting the guide, you will walk to the beach and the rest of the hotels will be traveled by car.
- Luggage storage is not possible. If you wish to go on a tour after checking out, you must store your luggage at the hotel.
- Since we depart immediately after the meeting and move individually after the tour, there are no separate changing rooms or shower rooms. You must come in swimming clothes and shower at the hotel. (If you wish, you can store your luggage in the vehicle)
- In addition to snorkeling at Balicasag Coral Point, you can also snorkel at Bali Kasag Beach.
- When dolphin watching, you will be taken to a dolphin spawning point, but depending on the situation, you may not be able to see dolphins. Even if you cannot see it, the cost will not be refunded.
- If the Virgin Islands are underwater and do not appear, you may not be able to visit them.
- If the contact information, hotel, name, etc. are incorrect when making a reservation, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
- If you go straight to the port after the tour and take a ferry, you must finish hopping at least 2 hours before the ferry departure.
- If you are late for the usage time, you will be treated as a no-show and you will not be able to use it at any later times.
- It is essential to arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the usage time.
- Only independent travelers to Bohol can use it.
- Customers using package/semi-package products cannot use or receive refunds.

Cancellation and Refund
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted

If a reservation is made by a package customer, absolutely no refund is possible.
