BESTEntry is only allowed 15 minutes before the reservation time indicated on the voucher! If you go before that, they will tell you to wait because the time is not yet up. And since you can't go in with your bags, it would be perfect to go to the free luggage storage, scan the voucher QR code, and leave your luggage before going to the line to go up to Pisa! By the way, it feels harder to go up the stairs because it's tilted..! But it's still overwhelming when you see it for the first time in person!
