Rovaniemi Ice Fishing Experience

We had a great experience with our guides Emil and Alisha. The transportation was comfy and with a short walk down to the lake, we were quick to start with drilling our fishing holes. We didn't expect to catch any fish, but ended up with 10 fish that Emil skillfully prepared at the campfire which Alisha prepared. They also provided us with cookies, tea, and bread and shared their knowledge of the Finnish nature. We think, it was very meditating to sit there and try to get some fish out of the water. If you bring a bit of patience with you, you might catch your own lunch as well. We would have easily stayed longer, but of course we didn't want to interfere with any schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy nature at a serene lake or try and break our fish-catching record ;)

Super
